provision and funding of Business Centres and Incubation
Centres is unattractive to the private sector for strong
financial and management reasons. The burden of providing
a physical environment for the development of small businesses
therefore often falls to the public sector.
The funding, design and construction
and management of Business Centres and Incubation Centres
requires specific expertise. BDA offers all public sector

agencies are prevented from creating suitable space for
small emerging businesses due to a lack of expertise in

We have operated widely both nationally
and internationally and have successfully completed a contract
to manage the Atrium Business Centre at Coatbridge having
been responsible for its conception, design and construction.
BDA advised SE Renfrewshire on the design, feasibility and
funding of the now highly successful Innovation Centre at
Hillington. We have extensive experience of incubating successful
small high growth enterprises within the Business Centre
concept.
