Advisers are recruited on the basis that they are currently running their own, successful, business, and that they have personal experience of starting one or more businesses. This ensures that the advisers can empathise with clients’ situations and provide relevant, detailed advice based on their own experiences.
If you join us, you will follow a detailed induction process that exposes you to the key elements of the role of a business adviser. Following the formal induction process, you will shadow existing advisers for a period of time before leading your own meetings.
This process ensures that we maintain and develop a team of experienced, entrepreneurial and well-trained individuals who are able to help and encourage clients. This will obviously have a knock on effect on your skills and expertise.
